Kid Rock triggers liberal snowflakes with true statement about life and hard work…
So Kid Rock appears to really be running for Senate, a fact which has everyone from Elizabeth “Pocohantas” Warren, to Chuck Schumer in panic mode. He seems to have triggered the mainstream media, the snowflakes, and other senators all at once. And Kid Rock…he’s going for the throat of those snowflakes by mentioning “working your b*** off” on his Twitter account.

Snowflakes, hard work? I know it’s scary. But the Kid is in a perfect place to give them the truth. The entertainment industry might as well be the golden calf worshipers at the foot of Mt. Sinai in this generation. Maybe he can make a difference.
Much to the dismay of Progressives everywhere, an era of anti-elitism has begun.https://t.co/WfRgVBu3ji

Kid launched his website “Kid Rock for Senate” last week. He may be planning to run for the Michigan Senate seat occupied by Debbie Stabenow. And Democrats are wasting no time in trying to raise money for her – and themselves- just in case he is serious. NY Mag reported,
“I know a lot of people are thinking: this is some sort of joke, right?” Warren wrote in an email that linked to fundraising pages for her and Stabenow. “Well, maybe this is all a joke — but we all thought Donald Trump was joking when he rode down the escalator at Trump Tower and announced his campaign, too …”
“Kid Rock — yes, Kid Rock — tweeted that he’s running for Senate in Michigan,” Schumer wrote in an email. “He even launched a Senate website operated by a record label. So, I’ll be honest, we don’t know if this is real, a joke, or a bizarre publicity stunt. But I’ll tell you this: I don’t find it funny.”
He’s even triggered the mainstream media, who already printed some “fake news” about him. He’s definitely on the right track.
Once again the press is wrong. https://t.co/0v8RV5qqni

“First of all, I’ve got 15 days from my announcement to file paperwork with the FEC! Second, I’m not signed to Warner Bros!!! – which simple fact-checking would have revealed.” Kid Rock
Senator Stabenow tweeted this:
I know we both share a love of music. I concede he’s better at playing guitar and I’ll keep doing what I do best: fighting for Michigan. https://t.co/CUaGqPu7AB
— Debbie Stabenow (@stabenow) July 12, 2017
His website shows his response:
“Senator Stabenow and I do share a love of music, although probably not the same kind. I concede she is better at playing politics than I am so I’ll keep doing what I do best, which is being a voice for tax paying, hardworking AMERICANS and letting politicians like her know that We the People are sick and tired of their bullshit!
“I am the captain now.” #fakenews #kidrockforsenate #kidrock #podunk #greatestshowonearth”
For now, Dems are hoping desperately that it’s a publicity stunt.
From Detroit News:
Criticism of Rock’s senate bid echo similar comments made about President Trump, with many calling his entry in to the republican primary a “publicity stunt.”
“President Trump was thought to be more of a publicity stunt prior to him pulling the trigger on the 2016 presidential race. So I think it’s possible that with the election of Trump we see more of this,” said a Political Science professor from Oakland University.
Oh, we sincerely hope so.
