Hunter Biden Charged, Gets Plea Deal, Avoids Jail Time

The Proverbial Slap on the Wrist

Hunter Biden is now charged by the US Attorney for Delaware, David Weiss, with two misdemeanor tax charges and one gun charge for lying on Federal firearms form. A plea deal in which he will plead guilty to the three charges means that he will avoid jail time…and the gun charge will provide a diversionary program that lends itself to the possibility of expungement in the future.  In other words, he gets a slap on the wrist for something that if you or I were to do, we’d go to jail forever.

The investigation into Hunter Biden has been ongoing since 2018. Weiss claims that the investigation is continuing, but will this plea deal essentially remove any further charges?

Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss has been leading the investigation into Hunter Biden since at least 2018. The agreement arrives amidst criticism of the Justice Department by Republican candidates and congressional members, who allege that it has been misused by the Biden administration. The White House denies any claims of political interference. This plea agreement is anticipated to bring closure to the investigation into Hunter Biden’s international business activities. TTN

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The two tax charges were for having $1.5 Million over years 2017-2018 and not declaring it on his income tax. It begs the question: he was employed by Burisma in Ukraine for the paltry sum of $83,000 PER MONTH with no experience in the energy field. The question of where that money went is known – he supposedly spent the monthly income on women and drugs. The drug aspect is where the lie on the 2018 Federal firearms form came in- the question of using drugs is on the form and Hunter lied about his addiction. It made him ineligible to purchase a gun – which should be a felony, but the plea deal reportedly gives him access to a diversionary program that will keep him out of prison.

The bigger question is what did he do for that $83,000 per month? The only answer that makes any sense is he was paid that amount for access to his father. Add to that the House Oversight Committee’s information about the Bidens possibly obtaining $10Million from foreign sources to receive foreign policy favors and you have big potential for prosecution. The allegation that the Bidens also set up special LLCs and overseas accounts to hide that money also portends problems. But it is highly unlikely the mainstream media will cover anything about that based on this plea deal.

The biggest questions into the Biden family remain unanswered. It is a travesty that Hunter gets off with very little and the rest of the issues still remain. There were people on Twitter who decided that this should shut up all those who don’t like the Bidens. In actuality, it brings more questions. And we will never “shut up” over a corrupt administration and their families who participate in the crimes.
