Late this evening, Fox News reported that the House Intelligence Committee voted to release the Republican classified memo that purports to reveal egregious abuses of the FBI and DOJ regarding the FISA court. The Executive Branch now has five days to decide whether to release the 4 page document, although Trump has signalled that he may be favorable to releasing it.
The Democrats are crying foul, since the measure was passed on along party lines…not one Democrat voted for release. Which is a statement all in itself.
“If you … want to know whether or not the dossier was used in court proceedings, whether or not it was vetted before it was used. … If you are interested in who paid for the dossier … then, yes, you’ll want the memo to come out.” Trey Gowdy, one of the authors of the memo

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
The exact contents of the classified memo are unknown, but that hasn’t stopped some media from reporting on what they believe is in it. The Democrats demanded that their minority memo be released, but the House Committee voted against releasing that one. Eventually it will no doubt be released as well, just because of the blind hatred by the Democrats – someone will “leak it.”
Democrat Adam Schiff, the loudest voice against release of the document, declared it was a “sad day in the House.” But he is the one who continually said that the memo was “distorted,” that releasing it would be “reckless” and at one point even said the American people “wouldn’t understand it.” Frankly, Adam, we beg to differ.
Abuses by the DOJ and FBI have been slowly coming to light in the last year. Monday, January 29, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was removed from his post at the FBI. Some news media stated he was retiring early, others said he was “removed” effective Monday. The conflicts of interest with him being at the Bureau during this “investigation” are well known.
The FBI did go over the memo with House Intelligence Committee members prior to the vote. Against the wishes of the DOJ, the House voted to release it.
Who else will “step down?” Will the President mention the memo in the State of the Union address on Tuesday? Will Americans finally see how corrupt the Democrats and the Obama administration were to try to force the election to go their way? Will the Mueller investigation- alias witch hunt- finally be shut down? This may be entertaining to watch.
