It seems AG Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray are upset that Americans are royally pissed off at the way the politicized FBI is operating. The recent invasion of former President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago has been soundly condemned by a number of people.
In response, both Garland and Wray have issued statements basically whining about the criticism now being leveled at the FBI.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Now, we agree that threats of violence are uncalled for, but the criticism of the FBI is hardly “unfounded.”

And that was just before the invasion of Mar-a-Lago.
But statements like Garland’s can easily be seen as a threat against anyone who levels criticism against an agency whose recent actions deserve it: “I will not stand by silently when integrity of DOJ and FBI is unfairly attacked.”
Unfairly? Seriously? What planet is he living on? And what, exactly, does he plan to do to those critical of him and the FBI? Send the FBI to break their doors down and ransack their homes? At this point, nothing would surprise me.
Of course, Liz Cheney also weighed in, on the side of Wray and Garland. As usual, she attacked Republicans critical of the politicized federal agency:
I have been ashamed to hear members of my party attacking the integrity of the FBI agents involved with the recent Mar-a-Lago search. These are sickening comments that put the lives of patriotic public servants at risk.

What’s sickening is the Deep State’s war against anyone to the right of Josef Stalin. Hopefully, Cheney will be out of a job soon, thanks to the good people of Wyoming, who Cheney has castigated as “crazies.”
As Breitbart noted: “Though prominent conservatives and Republicans were harshly critical of the FBI’s raid on Trump’s private residence, none have called for violence against the FBI or the Justice Department.”
But facts don’t matter to those who have declared war on millions of Americans who support the former President.
