Powell Expert Witness: Hundreds Of Thousands Of Votes Transferred To Biden From Trump In Battleground States

On Friday, the Press California reported that an expert witness concluded in an affidavit that electronic ballot theft tipped the results for Democrat Joe Biden in key battleground states.

“I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden,” said Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an experienced cybercrimes investigator and digital security executive.

According to the report, Keshavarz-Nia has worked with the CIA, NSA, FBI, and U.S. military counterintelligence, as well as corporate financial giants like Deutsche Bank and Stripe.

The report adds:

These alterations, he added, resulted from widespread vulnerabilities in voting software and systems that allowed a “Man-in-the-Middle cyber attack” by covert operators.

Chances are good the mainstream media, on cue, will launch an assault on the credibility of Keshavarz-Nia, who currently lives in Temecula, California.

But, Richard Stenger said, “the New York Times spoke highly of him for his role in exposing a scam artist named Garrison Courtney posing as a CIA spy.”

“Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, ‘was always the smartest person in the room,’” the Times said in September.

Keshavarz-Nia is not the only expert witness cited by Powell in her 108-page filing.

“The Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent US general election in 2020,” said a former military electronic intelligence analyst with the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion.

It’s not known if this will be enough to turn the election. President Trump told reporters Thursday that while the facts are on his side, time is not.

“As to whether or not I can get this apparatus moving this quickly–because time isn’t on our side…,” he said. “Everything else is on our side. Facts are on our side.”

Responding to another reporter who asked if he would concede, Trump stated: “It’s going to be a very hard thing to concede because we know there was massive fraud.”
