In a video brought before a Georgia Senate hearing, Attorney Jackie Pick, who is assisting the President’s team as a volunteer, revealed GA workers who were seen on surveillance footage pulling suitcases out from under tables and scanning them late at night after the Republican poll watchers and reporters were told to leave. The GA workers actually waited at their stations until the others left, all of which is in violation of State and county law.
On election night, Georgia and several other states told reporters that the counting of ballots was being halted at 10:30 p.m. This highly unusual move raised red flags. In the case of GA workers, the narrative used was a “broken water pipe” – which was clearly a serious stretch of the truth (lie).
The Epoch Times reported,
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
“Everyone clears out, including the Republican observers and the press, but four people stay behind and continue counting and tabulating well into the night,” Pick said. They counted unobserved until about 1 a.m.
Pick said that video footage shows Fulton County election workers waiting at their scanning areas until GOP poll watchers and reporters left the room before they started “scanning ballots,” ostensibly without any observation. Pick noted that it contravenes state and county law.
At 11 p.m., once everyone is gone, the workers are seen “pulling ballots out from underneath a table.” She asked if it’s normal to “store suitcases of ballots under a table cloth?” Pick said after reviewing footage that it’s not a normal procedure.
It’s not clear if election workers knew they were being recorded on camera.
The lawyer further alleged that the same woman with the blonde hair and braids, presumably the manager, had placed the table there earlier. It’s not clear where those ballots came from, and it’s not clear when the purported suitcases of thousands of ballots were placed under the table. Whether they’re suitcases or a special carrier for ballots is also not clear.
Registration & Elections Director Richard Barron stated that when he was told that GA workers, poll watchers, and reporters were dismissed, he said he told them some needed to remain and continue counting. Nice excuse if you can substantiate it, but it does not appear to hold up based on the secretive manner of the counting. Georgia law requires the ballots have a chain of custody – the ballots counted from under the table had no such custody or proper treatment.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger advised earlier in the week that Fulton County had “cut corners”, and his office noted that there was “managerial sloppiness” and “custodial issues.”
All in all, it appears that GA workers got caught committing election fraud. The attorneys presenting the evidence also held affidavits from workers at State Farm Arena where the violation took place that showed the counting continued until about 1 a.m.

This situation led to Ray Smith, head attorney with Trump’s legal team in Georgia, advising the Georgia Senate that the Trump campaign will be filing a petition to contest the results of the 2020 election. There are only two remedies for this kind of election fraud: the first one is to hold another election, and the next one is to have the legislature pick the electors.
Fox News wrote:
Because of irregularities and abject failure of the secretary of state of this state and the counties to properly conduct of the election it is impossible — impossible — to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election…
That would certainly be a possible remedy in the instance and we are asking the court to order a new election. However, because the presidential election is actually a delegation of your constitutional duties as a legislature, you as a Georgia legislature are the body that is to choose the presidential electors.”
