Idaho’s Senator Jim Risch placed a hold on any money being sent to the Palestinians, requiring accountability every 180 days before the funds were released. President Trump banned the funds altogether when he was in office, the reason being that Hamas would likely get their hands on the money. But just a couple of weeks before the October 7 terror attacks that started a war, Secretary of State Blinken bypassed the hold and released $148 million to Palestinian areas, never mind that the probability was high that it would not reach the people who really need it. Biden sent $148 Million to murderers. He is funding terrorists.
The money kept on rolling in even days before the attacks. On September 23, UN Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield declared herself “proud to announce the United States is providing more than $73 million in additional funding to support UNRWA”.
In the first days of October, Secretary of State Blinken overrode a hold by Senator Jim Risch on $75 million in funding for UNRWA, which is largely staffed by Hamas. Risch had imposed a hold along with other Republican senators, requiring that Blinken certify every 180 days that UNRWA meets accountability criteria because of its “long history of employing people connected to terrorist movements like Hamas” and “using its schools to store Hamas weapons.”
“It is unthinkable that U.S. taxpayer dollars would be used to help fund such an organization,” Sen. Risch stated. …
Beyond the $6 billion in the prisoner swap deal, the Biden administration had covertly agreed to stop intercepting and seizing Iranian oil tankers allowing the terror state to move 1.6 million barrels to China a day. Funding terrorists:
It may be unthinkable, but the worst just occurred. Now we get to think about vicious atrocities and murders unleashed against Israel. So yes, we should lay a lot of this horrific situation at Biden’s feet. The penchant of this administration for “secret” deals and non-transparent actions is beyond deplorable. They may event think they’re being merciful to the people of “Palestinian areas.” But they are not helping the victims of Hamas either Jew or Arab. And now with Israel under attack from at least two sides (Gaza and Lebanon), the results are extreme for everyone.
According to some media, the US claims it made a secret deal with Qatar to hold the $6 billion in unfrozen Iranian assets. Meanwhile, Iran claimed that they could do “anything we want” with those assets.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
No one can negotiate with either a rattlesnake or a cobra. They do not have ears. But funding terrorists is a special place of stupid.
