Mr. Padgett is a loonbird. Human sacrifice to appease the hurricane gods is over-the-top crazy. To give him the benefit of the doubt, he probably didn’t mean the human sacrifice part…at least we hope so. But if he did…Gov DeSantis should contact law enforcement to have this guy placed in the local psych ward. Quickly.
