Federal Judge Orders All FBI Documents On Hillary’s Emails to Be Released
Just days after the FBI refused to hand over documents on the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg ordered the FBI to immediately hand over all documents relating to the investigation and to make them publicly available.
While he was at it, he cut off another way the Deep State operatives use to hide the criminal activities of liberals. His order provides that all documents must be uncensored. That means they can’t redact all embarrassing information.
No doubt, they will try to stall but this judge isn’t fooling around and it is a safe bet that he will not hesitate to bring contempt charges against anyone trying to withhold or redact any of the documents. This should weigh heavy on the minds of any Deep State operative trying to keep Hillary viable for the 2020 election.
The ruling was made in response to a motion filed in June as part of a suit brought by Cause of Action Institute and Judicial Watch. The organizations claim the Department of State violated the Federal Records Act by failing to maintain records related to Clinton’s handling of classified information.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Boasberg justified his ruling on the basis that the set of documents in question “rehashes information already made public, thus obviating any need for secrecy.”
Cause of Action President and CEO John J. Vecchione praised the judge with this statement:
“I applaud the court’s opinion. The government attempted to end a case with evidence no one could review. This order makes public details submitted by the government about the FBI’s efforts to recover then-Secretary Clinton’s unlawfully removed emails. Americans deserve to know the full scope of that investigation, and we, as Plaintiffs, should have an opportunity to contest the relevance of the government’s facts.”
A new revelation that James Comey had decided months before his investigation was finished and before they had questioned key witness, that he was going to absolve Hillary, makes these documents all the more pertinent. After Comey’s address, it was revealed that many of the FBI agents investigating Clinton thought they were stabbed in the back by Comey. Recent developments seem to bear that out.
According to the New York Post:
Veteran FBI agents say FBI Director James Comey has permanently damaged the bureau’s reputation for uncompromising investigations with his “cowardly” whitewash of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information using an unauthorized private email server.
Feeling the heat from congressional critics, Comey last week argued that the case was investigated by career FBI agents, “So if I blew it, they blew it, too.”
But agents say Comey tied investigators’ hands by agreeing to unheard-of ground rules and other demands by the lawyers for Clinton and her aides that limited their investigation.
Retired agent Dennis V. Hughes, the first chief of the FBI’s computer investigations unit said:
“In my 25 years with the bureau, I never had any ground rules in my interviews.”
Maybe Jeff Sessions should appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Comey for obstruction of justice.
