The partisans over at the FBI couldn’t find an explosives-chucking domestic terrorist if they were dropped in front of a Portland courthouse at midnight…but they have nabbed the Lego guy!
The man in question is just now facing charges, but he and the others have already seen more jail time than most of the Seattle and Portland protesters put together. They have even seized his Lego as proof of his perfidy.
Good going, that’s some real cracker-jack detective work, folks. Whatever would we have done without you guys collecting that critical evidence of a ‘fully assembled Lego set’. Case closed folks we can all go home.
Doubtless you have also notified your counterparts abroad that he and other ‘Lego terrorists’ were in possession of damning evidence of their sinister plots against (checks list) the Taj Mahal, Trafalgar Square, Dubai, Tokyo, the Eiffel Tower, Helm’s Deep, and of course, this place:

All sarcasm aside, what did our, uh, ‘intrepid’ FBI claim to have found?
First, they allege that this guy is a leader of one of the more violent clashes between the crowds and the police on the events of January 6th.
Investigators seized a “fully constructed US Capitol Lego set” from Robert Morss, 27, along with a notebook containing instructions on how to create a “hometown militia,” court records published by the Smoking Gun revealed.
The suspect allegedly led rioters in “one of the most intense and prolonged clashes” against law enforcement officials trying to contain throngs of rioters, according to the outlet.
Morss was wearing tactical gear and a “MAGA” hat as he led other President Donald Trump supporters who were trying to breach the Capitol’s Lower West Terrace, at one point ripping a riot shield from a Metropolitan Police Department officer, prosecutors alleged in court documents cited in the article.
The Pennsylvania man “came prepared for violence and then repeatedly led the violent mob attacking,” prosecutors reportedly wrote. —NYPost
The evidence against him also includes a notebook that has been figuring prominently in the reporting. This notebook includes steps for the creation of a ‘hometown militia’. It also includes a ‘reminder’ to ‘bring assault rifle’ and ‘4 magazines’.
We note that official records to date do not reference the seizure, possession, or use of any firearms among the participants that day, except the police and the plainclothes cop who shot Ashli Babbitt dead.

The reported Army Ranger-turned-substitute teacher was indicted last month for his alleged role in the uprising, and charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding officers, civil disorder, robbery of US property and obstruction, federal records show. —NYPost
This case, like others, will wind its way through the courts. The left will, as they did with Mueller, leverage it to maximum political advantage in the next elections. The accused will, as usual, be found either innocent or guilty in a court of law.
But really, guys? The FBI confiscates a ‘fully-assembled’ toy replica of a building, includes that in the charging document, and expects to be taken seriously?
Seeing as an unspecified number of unconvicted citizens have spent the better part of six months in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day, with limited access to, among other things, legal counsel — while having done nothing to respond to the waves of violent criminality we have seen by domestic terrorists dressed in black over the past year, much of the pubic is already skeptical of the true intent of this ‘investigation’. It’s already taking a form that looks more like a witchhunt than a criminal investigation.
When we pair those known details with the active entrapment that has been reported in other ‘investigations’ where feds ‘infiltrated’ a Bible study and encouraged people to make Molotov Cocktails? The feds do realize that there are actual maps of the Capitol easily available, right?
It will take more than touting the discovery of a fully-assembled Lego building to convince us that this investigation is being driven by an impartial commitment to justice and not 4 years of seething hate against everyone even remotely connected with MAGA.
