Facebook has been lying to Congress. Surprise. They have claimed they are not a publisher and are ‘only a platform’. Zuckerberg has stated to Congress that he does not believe Facebook is a “media company.” But after Independent journalist Laura Loomer filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of Florida, Facebook admits it’s a publisher. In writing. On a court document. Oops. Oversight, wanna erase that? Too late. (The Gateway Pundit).

Will anyone care? Will Congress take note? Not likely on either count. Facebook filed a motion to dismiss her case. Never mind the damage they’ve caused her and many others like her (including Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children).

Facebook’s new motion in its case against Loomer states, “to the extent Ms. Loomer’s claim targets Facebook’s decision to deactivate her accounts, it is also deficient. Under well-established law, neither Facebook nor any other publisher can be liable for failing to publish someone else’s message.”
Loomer is suing Facebook after the Big Tech giant defamed her as “a dangerous individual trafficking in hate,” and banned her and her pages from Facebook.
“According to Facebook, Trump supporters are more dangerous than ISIS,” Loomer wrote on Telegram. “Facebook banned me and labeled me a ‘dangerous individual,’ but they are creating pages for ISIS terrorists.”

Facebook also says, “[Loomer] claims Facebook labeled her as a ‘dangerous’ person who promotes hate – yet, the First Amendment has long protected such statements because they are opinions that are not capable of being proven true or false.”

Leftists and radicals strongly believe that Trump supporters are “dangerous,” but what about the people like Antifa who run around beating up Conservatives, doxxing them, threatening their families, or doing their level best to destroy their lives by lies on social media? What about the jihadists who plot to bomb or hack to death innocent civilians? What about those people who stand for ripping living babies out of the womb piece by piece so their body parts can be salvaged for profit? What about social media companies who deliberately destroy livelihoods of Conservatives who sell items on their so-called “platform?” Let’s talk about “dangerous,” shall we?
