FAA’s DEI Program: Danger in the Skies

Who do you want flying your aircraft at 35,000 feet?

The FAA‘s DEI program has placed both passengers and crews at great risk (Fox). In the name of “diversity” they have dumped skills and merit and brought out a method of hiring that focuses on people with various problems, including intellectual and/or psychiatric disabilities. Just what you need at 35,000 feet. Then there’s the hiring of workers who put the planes together with the same DEI training. Without proper testing to make sure they have the skills for the jobs, the safety of everyone in the aviation field is at risk.

The FAA’s DEI program

“A “plug door” falls off an Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 Max 9 shortly after takeoff, putting the entire aircraft at risk. Close calls on runways and in the skies at our nation’s major airports are now a routine occurrence. Airlines are now using the flight deck to fulfill diversity quotas. In short, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is going to get people killed. It is almost like they’re intentionally trying to kill people.

Air traffic control towers across the country have been dealing with a number of terminations after many refused to submit to the jab during COVID-19. Many chose to take retirement instead of submitting to an experimental vaccine.

To make matters worse, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has lowered standards for hiring to meet diversity quotas. At one time, the entry-level exam to qualify to attend air traffic control training in Oklahoma City was extremely difficult, so the exam was “dumbed down” to expand the pool of candidates. Our nation’s airports and skies are now seeing the results.”  Pat Droney at Law Enforcement Today

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The color of a person’s skin or even their gender is irrelevant. It’s the skill level that matters as lives are at stake – apparently the FAA doesn’t care.

So which is it, America? Do you want people hired under a DEI program creating your aircraft or even flying it? Or would you prefer skilled labor that knows exactly what to do if something goes wrong? My vote goes to skilled labor.

“Compassion is one thing, common sense another. At 35,000 feet, I’ll opt for common sense.”
