Dr Anthony Fauci decided to promote the idea of wearing masks AND goggles to protect against COVID-19. Oh, and he suggested it for flu season as well. His “advice” is beginning to wear thin on much of America. (Yahoo News)

Pretty soon we’ll be covered from head to toe in a getup designed to “protect” us and keep us away from any other humans. Are we suddenly living on Mars? WTH is the matter with this guy? Fauci has been guzzling grog… or something.
Let’s take a trip though recent history ok?

Breitbart’s John Nolte wrote,
“People should not be walking around with masks,” Fauci told 60 Minutes just a few months ago in the early days of the China Flu outbreak.
“When you’re in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better, and it might even block a droplet, but it’s not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is” he continued. “And often there are unintended consequences: people keep fiddling with their mask and they keep touching their face.”
But, you know, the science is settled ‘n stuff…
And now he’s talking goggles – goggles, y’all, like Dustin Hoffman in Outbreak! — and laying the foundation to stick us in masks for every flu season going forward.
Don’t you dare call me an alarmist.
If you recall, this is exactly how the corporate media, Fauci, and Democrats slow-boiled us frogs into masks. At first, masks were verboten. Only stupid people wear masks. Look at all the scared, anti-science rubes in their masks!
Then the narrative moved to… Well, maybe masks are a good idea.
The Directorate of Operational Medicine
We wrote about the Directorate of Operational Medicine previously– they operate completely independently of the Executive Branch. The President is nowhere on their organizational chart. The decisions on how to handle a medical emergency are made by bureaucrats based on previous protocols. They are an arm of the State Department. How much of their “advice” is flowing into this whole mess? They botched it at the beginning by “rescuing”a bunch of folks from Wuhan as the epidemic spread…without telling the President.
The Fauci Fantasy
Dr Anthony Fauci is simply another bureaucrat with a “pedigree” that makes him appear to be an expert – with an agenda for himself. And the connections to give the Wuhan lab $3.7 Million to study bats in 2015. Will you wear goggles AND a mask? Not in my lifetime or in Flu season, and not now.
