DNC-approved Black Lives Matter group tears down U.S. flag during Chicago protest

usflag-downOn Saturday, Breitbart.com’s Lee Stranahan reported that a group of protesters affiliated with the DNC-approved Black Lives Matter protest movement tore down a U.S. flag during a #StoptheCops protest in Chicago, Illinois, replacing it with one that read, “Unapologetically Black.”

The protest was in response to the International Association of Chiefs of Police meeting at McCormick Center.

The black flag was taken down by firefighters, however:

Stranahan explains that “‘Unapologetically Black’ is the slogan of the Black Youth Project, a Black Lives Matter affiliated group that organized the protests.”

The organization, he added, opposes increased spending on police departments, citing a CBS report:

Protester Maria Hadden of the Black Youth Project says the money could be better spent elsewhere.

“To provide better education, to provide access to basic human needs, housing and healthcare, those are the ways that we address crime,” Hadden said. “Those are the ways we improve the city, not by spending more money on police so we believe we need to spend less money on policing, more money on community services.”

Wisconsin Sheriff David Clarke weighed in:

Others did as well:

And according to this DNC-approved group, the United States is the leading terrorist nation on the planet:

The obligatory LGBT and Palestinian flags were at the protest:

Twitchy noted:

Marchers took over the streets, while protesters with arms chained together inside tubes or pipes blocked intersections. (The “What Does This Prove?” award still goes to the protesters in Boston who managed to chain their arms together inside 1,200 lb. barrels.)

And keep in mind that the Democratic Party supports all of this — so much so that they’ve agreed to give Black Lives Matter an entire presidential town hall event
