We knew it was going to happen: the Democrats introduced a plan to pack the Supreme Court with four more Justices in an effort to destroy the Conservative majority. The Democrats are oblivious to the fact that the “conservative” justices don’t always vote on the conservative side of issues. They have built the court into a threat and will attempt to jam the bill through.
“Our most fundamentally held freedoms are under attack from an illegitimate, far-right United States Supreme Court. And if we fail to act, it will only get worse. We must fix this broken and illegitimate court. We must expand the United States Supreme Court.” Sen Ed Markey (The Epoch Times)
Senators Ed Markey (D-MA), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and Hank Johnson (D-GA) are all on board with the plan. The Judiciary Act of 2023 was unveiled on May 16. Democrats have several beefs with the current court:
The Dobbs ruling that caused reversal of Roe v Wade, the Bruen decision on concealed carry that brought self-defense into the picture, their demand for Justice Thomas to step down because his wife is a Trump supporter, and the ruling against EPA regulations. The entire bill is predicated on the idea that Republicans created an “illegitimate” court when they refused to vote on Merrick Garland as a justice at the end of the Obama administration.
We’ve seen in the last years that Garland is a political hack that runs with Democrat narratives and ideas regardless of the law. He should never have been considered for the Supreme Court, and Biden should never have nominated him for Attorney General. Now AG Garland is a dangerous trainwreck that is spilling his toxic actions through weaponized Federal law enforcement.

The Democrats who introduced the Judicial Act of 2023 are far left fools who can’t see the dangers of a court run by all progressives. The rights and freedoms Markey spoke of are the very ones the court has upheld. The constant pounding of a backwards agenda into the minds of Americans is the reason the court needs to stay the way it is with 9 justices.
In 1930 Roosevelt attempted to pack the court but was unsuccessful. We hope these clowns will also be unsuccessful, but with the current media and lies anything could happen. We cannot afford to allow Democrats to revamp our entire government system. Hold the line, America!
