ICEBlock is an app that tracks ICE agents. After a 400-500% increase in death threats against ICE officers, CNN’s decision to promote the app is sickening. The app provides users with the ability to advise people where ICE is operating in “real time.” The sightings are then posted inside the app so that illegals can escape.
The ICEBlock app
“ICE acting Director Todd Lyons responded to the CNN coverage of the app, stating “CNN’s promotion of an ‘ICE spotting’ app is reckless and irresponsible.”
Advertising an app that basically paints a target on federal law enforcement officers’ backs is sickening. My officers and agents are already facing a 500% increase in assaults, and going on live television to announce an app that lets anyone zero in on their locations is like inviting violence against them with a national megaphone.
“CNN is willfully endangering the lives of officers who put their lives on the line every day and enabling dangerous criminal aliens to evade U.S. law. Is this simply reckless ‘journalism’ or overt activism?” The Post Millennial

CNN promotes a new app called “ICEBlock,” designed to monitor ICE activity in real time and send alerts to illegal immigrants to help them avoid detention and deportation.

Sick. One day after first responders were ambushed in Idaho, CNN promotes an app that puts our brave men and women at ICE in danger.
Unacceptable. https://t.co/jGlUtF96W3

“CNN is openly helping invaders and insurrectionists sabotage ICE.” Stephen Miller
He’s not wrong. ICEBlock is a serious issue. ICE agents are already in the crosshairs of the left, including their families. Allowing people to track their movements could easily cause them to be killed.
