Robert Hur is the Special Prosecutor for Biden’s Classified Docs case. He stated in his final report that Biden’s mental capacity is too feeble to prosecute for “willfully” placing classified documents in his garage and other places that were not secure and disclosing them to unauthorized persons. But he also claimed in his report that the documents should not have been listed as classified. Mr. Hur stated that Biden’s memory is “significantly limited,” which would likely cause a jury to find a ‘reasonable doubt’ as to his willfulness.
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen. These materials included (1) marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and (2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden’s handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods. Mr. Hur stated that Biden’s mental capacity is so bad that he couldn’t remember when his son Beau died (we knew that. He has often gotten it mixed up with everything from the wars in the Middle East, and even Normandy. Beau died from brain cancer here in the United States, not overseas in a war.) Then there are the two recent times when he claimed to have talked to foreign leaders who are dead and have been for some time. (Clairvoyant?) He forgot about a sitting US congresswoman who previously died in a traffic accident and tried to get her to stand up during a speech. She couldn’t make it.
However, characterizing Joe Biden as a “sympathetic, well-meaning old man” is obnoxious. He knows more than he lets on, and the excuse of being a feeble old fool is misleading. Biden has ALWAYS been left of center. He has always fabricated stories as well as confused people and situations. The collective memory of American citizens is also ‘significantly’ diminished.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Will this have any effect on Trump’s classified documents case? Not likely, the DC Cabal is out to destroy him, by any means necessary. We’ll see.
