This isn’t the first time he’s seemed confused about what to do and where to go after a speech.

I don’t know about you, but if it’s a choice between a confused, doddering man that doesn’t seem to have a clue where he his half of the time and whose policies are failing on every front or a few mean tweets with the border being secured, energy independence, and no wars, I’ll take the mean tweets, thanks.
