There’s no doubt that liberal Democrats truly hate average Americans. We saw that repeatedly during the 2016 campaign and it looks like we’re going to see even more of that in upcoming elections. While addressing the left-wing Human Rights Campaign, former Vice President Joe Biden referred to Trump supporters as the “dregs of society.”
According to the UK Daily Mail (Emphasis added):
‘What has become of us?’ he said. ‘Our children are listening and our silence is complicit.’
He also told the crowd of LBGT supporters that they have a fight ahead of them, point out it’s those against them who have a friend in the Trump.
‘Some of them are the dregs of society,’ Biden said. ‘They, not you, have an ally in the White House.’
‘Those who try to excuse this kind of prejudice in the name of culture, I say, ‘Prejudice is prejudice and humanity is humanity — it is a crime,’ Biden said, urging those to oppose Trump to stay engaged. ‘Our work is not yet done by any stretch of the imagination. The stakes are much too high.’
“This is deadly earnest, we are in a fight for America’s soul,” he said.

Fox News’ Todd Starnes responded:
I’ve said many times on my radio program that Democrats and their minions hate President Trump’s supporters more than they hate the president.
They despise our traditional American values – our way of life. They hate concepts like God and Country. They loathe church and Sunday school. They reject traditional marriage. They detest law and order.
That’s why President Obama promised to fundamentally transform America. That’s why his administration never truly embraced the idea that we are an exceptional nation.
That’s why Obama mocked Rust Belt voters in a speech to San Francisco supporters. He infamously said they cling to their guns and their religion. He called them bitter.
That’s why an enraged Hillary Clinton called Trump’s supporters xenophobic, homophobic, Islamophobic bigots. A basket of deplorables, she surmised. Irredeemable.
Starnes went on to say that he’s “not all that surprised that a low-class, foul-mouthed political hack like Joe Biden called all of us flag-waving patriots a bunch of virulent, dregs of society.”

Biden, the Daily Mail reported, said he’d wait until January, after the midterms, before deciding whether or not he’ll run in 2020.
Liberalism, as I first noted back in 2011, is an ideology of insane rage and hate. Sadly, leftists like Biden prove that assertion correct on just about any given day.
