Who’s REALLY Behind Colorado’s Horrific Ruling To Bounce Trump Off The Ballot?

Dirty Dems have been playing the long game and pretending to 'defend democracy' while they did it

By now, you’ve probably heard that the Colorado Supreme Court has ruled to strike Trump’s name from the GOP primary ballot.

Before we dig into the parties responsible, let’s take a quick survey of public responses to the decision. Partisan Dems and NeverTrumpers, not surprisingly, are popping corks in delight.

As for everyone else who has NOT built their entire personality around hating Trump… eh, not so much.

First off, there is a strong likelihood that this will make its way to the Supreme Court. Many people suggest the ruling will be shot down. But that’s not the only reason.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Yes

Trump, obviously is incensed by this dirty trick, calling it a sad day for America. But so are many others, including his GOP rivals.

Vivek has urged all GOP contenders to strike their names from the ballot unless Trump’s is restored. Christie & Haley are calling foul, saying they want the VOTERS to decide this and not the courts.

DeSantis, meanwhile, is taking another tack. He is underscoring the danger inherent in opening this particular Pandora’s Box. The Governor described a scenario when the Right uses the same tactic to hurt Democrat contenders.

The Dirty Dems BEHIND this decision

It’s a rookie mistake to rage against the courts making a bad call that could have such a profound impact on the American system of government.

The far more important question is: how did this question come before the courts in the first place?

There are two answers to that question. One is the agency driving the case.

That’s HALF of the equation.

The other half is another name many of you will remember from the past. Marc Elias.

Who is Marc Elias? If that name rings a bell, it should. He has been neck-deep in every Democrat attempt to use the courts to gain political advantage.

Back in 2021, he was making clear his intentions of weaponizing the 14th Amendment as an opportunity to sue Republicans and get them off the ballot, citing the January 6th Riots. That plan his obviously borne fruit and is copied in many other places. But that’s not the only place Mrc Elias and Perkins Coie (another familiar name) have been at work.

They were a big part of rewriting election law in Democrats’ favor during the pandemic… including some sketchy changes that were at the heart of later vote result challenges. But too late, the damage was done.

He is also the lawyer best remembered for his go-between role with the Hillary Campaign, the Steele Dossier relating to the Crossfire Hurricane sabotage of Trump.

One political stunt got Elias sanctioned by the 5th Circuit for dishonesty and abuse of the process.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Wednesday that it will not drop sanctions it levied in March against famed Democrat lawyer Marc Elias, but it will vacate sanctions against three other Perkins Coie lawyers who were on his team.

The court had sanctioned Elias, who became a hero of sorts to Democrats in 2020 battling lawsuits filed by Republicans seeking to overturn the results of the U.S. presidential election, and five other Perkins Coie lawyers for lack of candor.

The sanctions stem from a case over straight-ticket voting in Texas, in which Elias and his team represent Democrats fighting in favor of the practice against the state’s top election official. The team had filed a supplemental motion in February that was nearly identical to one filed in September that was denied, without disclosing the previous denial. —Reuters

Now, those plans have come to fruition.
