Was ‘creepy porn lawyer’ Michael Avenatti pranked by girlfriend of 4Chan user?

On Tuesday, CBS Los Angeles reported that Michael Avenatti, the attorney dubbed “creepy porn lawyer” for his association with Stormy Daniels, locked his Twitter account after a 4Chan user said his girlfriend was the woman who accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh and his friends of getting her and other girls drunk before attempting to sexually assault them as teens.

According to the report, the user’s girlfriend “called Avenatti on a burner phone, and that both also pretended to be a person who could corroborate the story…”

Avenatti, as we and others reported, has claimed that he has a “witness” and a “victim” who says Kavanaugh and his high school classmates facilitated gang rapes.

“We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the early 1980s during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them,” he told Mike Davis, Chief Counsel for Nominations for U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, in an email.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

As we noted at the time, Avenatti did not reveal the identity of his witness and so far has provided no evidence of his claim.

He also bragged that he would be making his victim known in short order — perhaps within 24 to 48 hours.

But right before he was set for the big reveal, he “went dark” and protected his account, which led to some speculation.

And it appears he was, as they say, “pranked.”

This, Twitchy said, is the 4Chan page everyone is pointing to:

Avenatti however, denies being pranked.

“There’s nothing wrong! I had to go online to look, and I read this post, and I’m laughing. None of that happened. It’s a complete fabrication. There’s zero truth to it. When I say zero truth, I mean zero truth. Not a single thing in that is true,” he said, according to the report.

Then why did he lock his account?  We’re not saying it’s true, but it certainly appears that someone has some explaining to do…
