Dylan Bryan Adams, 33, is an employee of the State of Minnesota under Governor Tim Walz. After watching him on video damage on six Teslas in his community, the DA refused to charge him. $20K+ is a felony. Police are unhappy that all the work they did to find him is now worthless. The Walz employee was not charged and given community service so he could keep his job. Whether the State Department of Human Services overseeing him allows it is up in the air.

“The Minneapolis Police Department did its job. It identified and investigated a crime trend, identified and arrested a suspect, and presented a case file to the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office for consideration of charges. This case impacted at least six victims and totaled over $20,000 in damages. Any frustration related to the charging decision of the Hennepin County Attorney should be directed solely at her office. Our investigators are always frustrated when the cases they poured their hearts into are declined. In my experience, the victims in these cases often feel the same.” Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara
Democrat Hennepin County DA Mary Moriarty has been on the job since 2023. She has received criticism for not charging people or letting them out of jail, even when it’s a violent crime – like rape, for example. On her first day, she dropped charges against a 35-year-old man accused of raping a 13-year- girl due to “attorney misconduct’ (New York Post).
It seems that the woke DA wants to let this Walz employee keep his job so he can “pay restitution.” The problem with that is if there is no real punishment for a felony vandalism, he’ll likely continue. And with his leftist liberal mindset, something even worse could occur.

The taxpayers of Minnesota have a right to know whether @GovTimWalz ‘s @Minnesota_DHS employee and @MAPEunion member Dylan Bryan Adams was “working from home” on the taxpayers’ dime while he was out vandalizing Teslas.More reason all MN employees need to office full-time. pic.twitter.com/KrLzCNvrlm

Minnesota Dept of Human Services: “We are reviewing the matter at this time. State employees are expected to follow our code of conduct and hold themselves to the highest ethical standards through their words and actions.”
This Walz employee already flunked that part.
