Video of the Day: Facebook silences Deneen Borelli

In a video posted to YouTube and Facebook on Tuesday, conservative Deneen Borelli said that after two years and nearly 200 episodes of her program, “Here’s the Deal,” she is forced to quit producing her videos for TheBlaze TV, thanks to Facebook and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

“After two years and nearly 200 episodes of busting up leftist lies, this is my last episode of Here’s the Deal for BlazeTV,” she said on Facebook.

“My videos once drew millions of views, but thanks to Big Tech’s suppression of conservative voices, my videos are hardly seen at all. My show was fact-based: No conspiracy theories, no calls to action, and frankly nothing to be afraid of other than the truth. I have lost this battle to Mark Zuckerberg, but let me be clear: I am down but not out. You cannot silence me.”

Here’s the video:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

As we and others have reported, this type of censorship is nothing new, and is the subject of a White House summit on social media.

Naturally, the liberal propaganda machine known as the “mainstream media” is reporting this as a gathering of “right-wing extremists” to legitimize “fringe political allies.”  Truth be damned.

Facebook, a major player in what we call the “Silicon Valley Axis of Evil,” has repeatedly banned conservatives and Christians for questionable reasons and is currently in the process of using offline behavior to label conservatives as “hate agents.”

The social media giant created something of a stir recently when a change in its so-called community standards seemed to allow for calls of violence against those the company deemed “dangerous individuals.”  The company quickly backtracked and changed those terms, claiming the original language was “imprecise.”

Laura Loomer, one of those targeted by Facebook as being “dangerous,” has recently filed a $3 billion lawsuit against the company for defamation.  It’s not clear how far the lawsuit will go.

The situation has become so bad that many feel tech companies like Facebook, Google and others could affect the 2020 election by stifling information from conservative sources like this one.

How much worse will it get?  At this point, it’s difficult to say, but unless positive steps are taken, and soon, big tech will effectively shred the concept of free speech online.

As a final note, another conference dealing with big tech censorship is taking place this September in Atlanta, Georgia.  Among those speaking at that conference are Dinesh D’Souza, Doug Giles and our good friend Jeff Dunetz of The Lid.  Information about that conference can be found here, and tickets may be purchased here.  Get yours now, while there’s still time!
