Video of the Day: Bath And Body Works Manager Says ‘F*** Donald Trump’ To Man ‘Simply For Wearing A Trump Face Mask’

On Friday, the Daily Wire reported that a woman who identified herself as the manager of a Bath and Body Works store in Scottsdale, Arizona, told a man walking by the store, “F*** Donald Trump.”

The man, identified as pro-Trump activist Jeremiah Cota, stopped and confronted the woman, capturing the encounter on video.  The woman identified herself as the manager and admitted she made the statement.

Here’s the encounter as captured by Cota:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The Daily Wire posted a transcript of the encounter:

Cota: Are you the manager?

Manager: I am her.

Cota: –of Bath & Body Works?

Manager: I don’t want to be recorded.

Cota: What did you say again, ma’am?

Manager: Have a good night.

Cota: You said f*** Donald Trump?

Manager: Yeah, because that’s how I feel.

“For those wondering where this harassment took place. This occured at the #BathandBodyWorks store at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall @ScottsdaleFS,” Cota said in a follow-up tweet.

The Daily Wire report added:

The company responded to the post via Twitter, asking Mr. Cota to privately message them about the incident.

“We’d like the opportunity to speak with you about your experience, Jeremiah,” the company said. “Please DM (direct message) us your phone number and best time to contact you. Thank you!”

“[T]his was the store at Scottsdale Fashion Square mall,” Cota responded online. “I was walking by the store with my family when the manager yelled an unprovoked expletive at me for my #MAGA face mask. This was an embarrassing and harassing experience for me coming from your management.”

As noted by an AZ Central reporter, Mr. Cota is an alum of the Arizona Republican Party “who is on Trump’s re-election campaign.”

What happened to [Jeremiah Cota] last night at Scottsdale Fashion Square was inexcusable. The intolerance the Left has supporters of the President continues to run rampant in Arizona and across the country,” said Nevada regional GOP communications director Keith Schipper.

It’s not known what, if anything, will be done to the employee in question.

This hatred of Trump supporters is nothing new as we’ve repeatedly reported.  In February 2011, I first said that liberalism, at its core, is an ideology of rage and hate.  Since then, liberals routinely prove that assertion correct.  It’s since gotten to the point that leftists now openly call for Trump supporters to be murdered.

It’s enough to make one think that liberals really do want a second, bloody civil war in America over Donald Trump.

Update:  The Arizona Republic reported the employee is no longer working for the company:

In an emailed statement to The Republic, Bath and Body Works confirmed that it connected with Cota to share its “deepest apologies.”

“We absolutely do not condone these actions as all customers should be treated with respect,” the statement read.

The company wrote that the employee, whose name was not released, was no longer employed by them but did not immediately respond to The Republic’s question as to whether she was fired or quit.
