On Tuesday, not long after Kathy Griffin did a photo shoot holding the bloodied head of President Trump, she decided it was wrong and surprisingly has now come out on Twitter to apologize and asked that the photo/video be removed.
In her tweet, Griffin said, “I am sorry. I went too far. I was wrong.”
Below is her video of her apology.
After her apology, not everyone took it seriously.
Mark Dice responded by saying, “You liberals look more like ISIS terrorists every day. You are ruining America. Why is the media calling you a “comedian”? Just more #FakeNews.”
While many and with good cause chastised Griffin, it didn’t take long for the Trump haters to come out and blast Trump and supported Griffin.
No need to apologize! #FuckTrump

The controversy began when Kathy Griffin decided to do a photo shoot holding a bloodied head of Trump. The photo shoot was done with controversial photographer Tyler Shields who is known to involve images of violence and danger with his work.
When the story broke by TMZ, TMZ stated, “During the photo shoot, Kathy joked that she and Tyler would need to move to Mexico once the pics got released, for fear they’d be thrown in prison.”
Donald Trump Jr. responds via a quote Tweet and calls the photos, “Disgusting but not surprising. This is the left today. They consider this acceptable. Imagine a conservative did this to Obama as POTUS?”

Donald Trump Jr. also asked CNN if Griffin will still be on their network, “Will
@CNN keep putting her on air for things like the New Years celebration???”
Jake Tapper of CNN replied, “For those asking, I said on air that I thought the beheading imagery by Griffin about the president was disgusting and inappropriate.”
A short time ago, Secret Service tweeted that they are investigating the tweet by comedian Kathy Griffin about President Donald Trump.
