Video of the Day: Kyle Kashuv discusses interrogation by authorities for legally visiting rifle range
As we and others reported, pro-Second Amendment student Kyle Kashuv was interrogated by authorities for legally visiting a rifle range.
On Tuesday, he discussed the interrogation with Tucker Carlson, an interrogation he believes violated the law:
Mr. Pittman, it was an illegal and unconstitutional detainment. See U.S. Code § 1983 and JDB v. North Carolina

I can go on and on… the cases you mentioned have no relevancy here. There was, prima facie, constitutional law broken. I am honestly not even sure what you're talking about.
