On Friday, fascists at Twitter, one of the main players in what I now call the Silicon Valley Axis of Evil, suspended the personal account of Michael Adams, the Republican Secretary of State for Kentucky. Their reason? They claimed he was impersonating himself.
Seriously.

Adams joked about it on Twitter, saying his poll numbers have actually improved:

Good luck with that. As others noted, if Adams was a Democrat he would never have this problem. In fact, Twitter would probably help him if that were the case.

Remember, this is the same Twitter that banned President Trump while letting the Ayatollah keep his account, and the same Twitter that helped censor news about Hunter Biden so Joe Biden could win in 2020. And it’s the same Twitter that banned a congressional candidate in Washington for his tweet supporting the Second Amendment.
According to Newsbusters:
Joe Kent is a retired Green Beret and is running for Congress in Washington’s 3rd congressional district.
“We will never give up our gun laws,” Kent tweeted. “Gun laws are infringements of our god given rights.WA state is back at it, a week ago we caught the board of health discussing forced quarantine, now the legislature going after our 2A. No 2A + forced quarantine = Australia.”
Kent had to delete the tweet to have his account reinstated.
“Today I was suspended for defending 2A & calling out WA state’s COVID policies including the potential of forced quarantine,” Kent tweeted after his reinstatement. “I will NEVER stop defending our 2A & fighting COVID mandates. When I get elected to Congress I will help Break Up Big Tech.”
Perhaps it’s time for freedom-loving Americans of all stripes to give Big Tech the middle finger. After all, there are a number of alternatives, like Gab and GETTR.
