On Thursday, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi inverted the American system of “justice,” claiming that former President Trump has a “right” to prove his innocence in court.
“The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law. No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right,” she tweeted.

Of course, she got it completely wrong. In the American system of justice, it is the prosecution who has to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt — not the defendant’s job to prove innocence.

Short answer: Yes. To the first four questions, anyway.
You say Trump must “prove innocence” since you and every Democrat- whose priority for years has been to destroy him- assume his guilt. That’s not how the justice system works.
