Trump Orders Massive Strikes on Terrorist Houthis – They Move from FA to FO

Biden's response to Houthi attacks was to just "send a message"

Biden’s response to the Terrorist Houthis attacking shipping lanes was extremely weak, in spite of several responses over the last 4 years. Trump is not that sleeping fool; he is the new “sheriff” – and his response is to blast them to oblivion. FAFO – to be exact. If you are not familiar with that acronym, look it up.

The Houthis were delisted from the terror designation by Joe Biden (or whoever was using the autopen to sign his name). As soon as Trump returned to office, he relisted them. They have shut down international shipping lanes for the last 4 years – and Biden had only a mealy-mouthed response. We have a fighter in the office of President – and he will take care of the Terrorist Houthis.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Ships have been required to sail around the Cape of Africa to avoid Terrorist Houthis, and the attacks they’ve perpetrated.

“To get from Asia to Europe and back, global shipping companies have for decades sailed through the Red Sea and the Suez Canal. But a year ago, the Houthi insurgents in Yemen began targeting vessels in the Red Sea with drones and missiles, forcing shipping companies to divert their cargo around the Cape of Good Hope at Africa’s southern tip, a route that is some 3,500 nautical miles and 10 days longer.

Western-led naval fleets were sent to the Red Sea to quell the attacks, which the Iran-backed Houthis said were a response to Israel’s war on Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Despite those deployments, the attacks continued, and commercial vessels have, for the most part, stayed away. And Middle East analysts said they expected the Houthis to keep up their attacks even as Iran’s influence in the region has diminished after the weakening of Hezbollah in Lebanon and the collapse of Bashar Assad’s government in Syria…

On average, 136 container ships a week have traveled around the Cape of Good Hope this year, compared with 40 before the Houthi attacks started, according to data from Lloyd’s List Intelligence, a shipping analytics company.” San Juan Daily Star

The costs of having to sail around the Cape of Good Hope have increased the price of goods, but also the time to receive them. At a time when countries are faced with the Trump tariffs, it has left international shipping companies between a rock and a hard place. So…President Trump commenced a much-needed move to take down the terrorist Houthis. It could serve two problems: keep the costs lower and get rid of the Houthis.
