Joy Reid has a nasty habit of pushing statements that paint white folks, and especially Trump supporters, as racists. According to Fox, MSNBC cancelled her show The ReidOut. Her last show will be this week. We have no information on what her plan for the future will be.

Joy Reid missed an opportunity to be a unifier rather than a divider. Her divisive, racist rhetoric lives in her heart. The entire network of MSNBC is the same, and even Alex Wagner’s show was removed – Wagner was reassigned as a correspondent. No word about what they plan to do with Reid. They are giving her time slot to former liberal Press Secretary Jen Psaki…white woman. Ironic, isn’t it?
Reid has become infamous for anti-Trump rhetoric and controversial moments.
Following the presidential election in November, Reid declared Black women lost interest in “saving America” as they grappled with the betrayal of White female voters who had a stronger-than-expected turnout in support of President Trump.Last month, Reid compared the efforts of the Trump administration to deport illegal immigrants and his policies in general to the Holocaust and Hitler’s Germany.
One of the most shocking events in recent media history came in 2018 when Reid famously claimed that homophobic comments on her old blog, “The Reid Report,” were not written by her in a story that stunned the TV news industry. She blamed hackers and claimed to enlist the FBI to investigate her implausible claim, but she became emotional on air when her story fell apart. Fox
Joy Reid has not been the brightest star in the MSNBC stable of late. Her viewer numbers have been dropping like a steel girder in the ocean for some time. After Comcast, the parent company, decided to shake things up by “spinning off” some of their programs, the network decided to dump The ReidOut.
People are sick to death of that kind of vicious rhetoric. The November election results should have given Joy Reid a clue that her trash talk was not resonating with a majority of Americans. As long as she remains riddled with hate – for whites, for Republicans, for Donald Trump – she will be a pariah rather than a star. Although the far-left networks like MSNBC will remain a bastion of lies even without her nastiness.
