The U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021 HR 1177, and the Senate version S348 failed to pass Congress after being introduced in early 2021. But Kamala Harris wants to get it passed anyway. What’s wrong with it? The bill allows any illegal deported by Donald Trump to return to the US and be granted amnesty. It’s a hate-Donald-Trump bill.
“Illegal immigrants the Trump administration deported would be eligible for temporary status even if they were not physically present in the United States, according to the bill.
“With respect to a noncitizen who was removed from or who departed the United States on or after January 20, 2017, and who was continuously physically present in the United States for not fewer than 3 years immediately preceding the date on which the noncitizen was removed or departed, the Secretary may waive, for humanitarian purposes, to ensure family unity, or if such a waiver is otherwise in the public interest,” the bill reads.
Kamala Harris touted the bill during her tenure as Vice President. It’s even mentioned in the Democratic Party’s 2024 platform.” Daily Caller

The bill changes all terms where it originally read “alien” to “noncitizen.” It allows the approximately 1.5 million immigrants deported by the Trump administration a legal pathway to citizenship. It’s a Trump-hater’s dream.
The Biden-Harris administration set out on day one to pull every Trump action from the government. It’s how our nation ended up with wall-to-wall illegals, a damaged energy platform, green-energy scammers running the country, and an economy that is killing the working class. Kamala Harris is deeply involved in all of that because she has followed the plans of the far-left Democrat leadership, and voted as tie-breaker on specific legislation that otherwise might have been defeated. The US Citizenship Act of 2021 is a boondoggle that should never come out of all the committees where it lies.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
