The Inventory List – DOJ Attempting to Build the Case for Taking Down Trump

The inventory list from the search warrant at Trump’s residence has revealed some items of massive concern. They took two binders of the photos from his presidency, evidence from the Roger Stone clemency decision, handwritten notes, and various other documents, including some labelled “Top Secret.” Word came early Sunday morning that the FBI also seized privileged Trump documents in the raid… and they are denying the request for an independent review. They supposedy are investigating Trump under the “Espionage Act.”

Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege…

The allegation of “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information” falls under the Espionage Act.

Seizing the confidential records under attorney-client privilege is blatantly ILLEGAL. Then there are the binders of photos that were Trump’s photographic record of his time in the White House…which were unclassified items.

What happened to Trump’s memo that declassified files at the end of his term? Anyone want to bet that it has disappeared in light of the raid?

The inventory list

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The DOJ claimed they took classified documents, which President Trump claimed were declassified and have no relevance to the code they cited. Since a 1987 Court ruling, Presidents are exempt from the code because of the inherent ability to declassify anything they want. The claim of nuclear documents is plain ludicrous. Likely this whole thing was done to poison the public from Donald Trump with a new “N” word – Nuclear. but it’s that allegation that the DOJ is using to claim he violated the Espionage Act…which he obviously did not. Hillary did, by the way, with her transmission of classified documents over an unsecured server. No one has raided her home.

what remains at issue is whether Trump can be charged with these violations. This isn’t a normal criminal case. Rather, it implicates this country’s foundational separations of powers, and whether Congress can limit the power of the Executive. Put it another way, can Congress criminalize declassification by a US President? I think not. The same might be said for the preservation of records after a President leaves office.

Did the President himself pack the boxes that were taken to Mar-a-Lago? Highly unlikely. So how they could possibly prove intent is beyond crazy.

Trump declassified all documents relating to the Crossfire Hurricane scandal just prior to him leaving office. Were they looking for those in case there were still incriminating evidence against the FBI to be found? The nuclear secrets issue is a ruse, a lie, a hoax.

Was this related to Trump’s $72M lawsuit filed against Hillary Clinton and other alleged Crossfire Hurricane co-conspirators?

Mar-A-Lago had a SCIF — specifically built for safely containing sensitive files. Trump even replaced a lock in order to comply with correct handling of documents requirements.

Was the lock replacement a ruse (think Comey’s ambush of Flynn) to give an informant access to the room so he could take a peek around and gin up probable cause for a criminal investigation?

Was the DOJ afraid Trump had dangerously damning Crossfire Hurricane documents? Were they afraid he would go public?

Are we witnessing a Coup? Yes.

Targeting political rivals to get them out of the way, using subterfuge and propaganda to attain political goals, cultivating spies and betrayers, using police to fish for evidence…all of these things are what nations run by dictators do. Double agents used to be despised, now they’re held up as heroes. The Deep State is alive and well…or they strongly believe they’ve got the upper hand. But a new revolution could happen at any moment, and the Rubicon could be crossed.
