Thanks, Media: Racist Liberal Terrorists Assault Larry Elder, Campaign Staff In Venice, California (Video)
Security detail shot with pellet guns
While campaigning in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Republican gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder and members of his campaign staff were assaulted by a group of far-left terrorists.
One of the terrorists, a white woman wearing a gorilla mask, was captured on camera hurling an egg at Elder. Shortly after that, a second egg was thrown at Elder, Fox News reported.
“We’re getting egged from behind,” a member of Elder’s staff said in the video. Elder was quickly pushed into an SUV as the woman confronted a member of his team, striking him as they argued. One person was heard calling Elder a “piece of s**t” in the video.
The confrontation was caught on video and posted to Twitter (Warning: Graphic language).

Elder later said his security detail was shot with a pellet gun.
“Today I kicked off the Recall Express bus tour. Before we even left Los Angeles, my security detail was physically assaulted, shot with a pellet gun, and hit with projectiles,” he said on Twitter. “The intolerant left will not stop us. We will recall Gavin Newsom. We will save California.”

The terrorist assault comes after Los Angeles Times op-eds called Elder the “black face of white supremacy,” in what seems to be an apparent effort to incite violence against the Republican candidate.
This, by the way, is what the left calls, “tolerance.”
Twitchy correctly noted the assault against Elder “would be the lead story on most newscasts if the political affiliations were reversed.”
If elected, Elder — who happens to be the leading candidate to replace Newsom if he is recalled — would be the first black governor of California. Which makes Wednesday’s assault seem… racist.
