Supreme Court Rejects Election Challenges, Sight Unseen; Lets NY Prosecutor Have Trump Tax Filings
Once again, the Supreme Court rejected the 2020 Election challenges. In a swamp of rulings on Feb 22, (and we mean swamp) they not only rejected out of hand any of the challenges to the 2020 election, they ruled that Donald Trump’s Tax filings can be sent to the Manhattan prosecutor, never mind privacy laws.
Pennsylvania Election Challenges:
In orders handed down Monday, the court’s majority said that it would not hear separate appeals by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, leaders of the Republican majority caucuses in the state House and Senate, or a third case where the lead plaintiff was U.S. Rep. MIke Kelly, a Republican congressman from Butler County.
The plaintiffs in the first two cases had wanted the court to take up the question of whether the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had overstepped its legal authority in issuing orders this fall that extended the period for receipt of mail-in ballots till Nov. 6, 2020, or three days after Election Day.
…The court also refused to [hear] the case brought by Kelly and a small group of Republican voters that alleged the creation of Pennsylvania’s no-excuse, mail-in balloting system in 2019 – a system that Democrats used effectively to drive new voters to the polls last year – was enacted in violation of the state Constitution.
Justices Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch issued dissenting opinions, which makes us all wonder: where the blank were Barrett and Kavanuagh? The court only needed ONE more vote to hear the election challenges, yet the “majority” refused to hear them. Who is pressuring who?
Justice Thomas wrote in part:
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
That decision (by state officials and the courts) to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election. But that may not be the case in the future. These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority non-legislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle…
…We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us.
Justice Clarence Thomas
Trump Tax Case
Donald J Trump has fought for years to prevent his taxes from falling into enemy hands. Today, that fight came to an end. Trump lost as the court ruled to allow the Grand Jury to access his tax filings and “review” them in secret. The Prosecutor believes there will be criminal charges inside. Trump has vowed to fight on.
BREAKING: After 4 months of inaction, SCOTUS in a one-sentence unsigned order declines Trump's request to further postpone enforcement of a Manhattan DA subpoena for his financial records. The order clears the way for a NY grand jury to obtain the records & review them in secret.

The Manhattan Prosecutor is looking to file criminal charges against Trump AND his family. Trump wrote in part:
This investigation is a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of our Country, whether it was the never ending $32 million Mueller hoax, which already investigated everything that could possibly be investigated, “Russia Russia Russia,” where there was a finding of “No Collusion,” or two ridiculous “Crazy Nancy” inspired impeachment attempts where I was found NOT GUILTY. It just never ends!…
…So now, for more than two years, New York City has been looking at almost every transaction I’ve ever done, including seeking tax returns which were done by among the biggest and most prestigious law and accounting firms in the U.S. The Tea Party was treated far better by the IRS than Donald Trump. The Supreme Court never should have let this “fishing expedition” happen, but they did…
…The new phenomenon of “headhunting” prosecutors and AGs—who try to take down their political opponents using the law as a weapon—is a threat to the very foundation of our liberty. That’s what is done in third world countries. Even worse are those who run for prosecutorial or attorney general offices in far-left states and jurisdictions pledging to take out a political opponent. That’s fascism, not justice—and that is exactly what they are trying to do with respect to me, except that the people of our Country won’t stand for it.
Donald J Trump
With the Court, Legislature, and Executive branches aligned against the man who gave up his good life to bring back America from the brink of socialism, his life is a whirlwind of constant battles. The military is on the verge of becoming “woke,” which means it will eventually be a social experiment rather than lethal warfighters. What do you think should be done?
