Stupid tweet of the day: Anti-gunner posts least-informed gun tweet ever — Videos

It’s been shown time and again that a number of those who do not support the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms are quite ignorant about the subject.  Sadly, there’s quite a few who have no problem showing that ignorance to the world.

On Saturday, Twitchy posted what has got to be the absolutely least-informed gun tweet ever.  According to the post, the story began with this:

One person responded:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

True, but it’s not illegal to do so.  That short message prompted this, which has absolutely got to be the most uninformed anti-gun tweet ever:

“Here is the thing… I don’t think you could even eat the meat of an animal killed with a semi automatic weapon. It would be so full of shrapnel.”  Let that sink in for a moment and consider this is from someone who appears to be a supporter of Beto O’Rourke, the the dirt-eating, America-hating, wannabe tyrant who said he would make gun owners sell their weapons to the government a little less than a year and a half after saying something quite different.

But think about that statement for a moment and keep in mind this comes from someone who apparently knows absolutely nothing about firearms and yet thinks law-abiding Americans should not be allowed to own semi-automatic weapons.

Scary, isn’t it?

One person tried educating the person who posted that tweet:

Something tells me that wouldn’t do any good…

Of course, Twitter responded:

One person wondered:

Probably from the same folks who think the AR-15 was specifically designed as a combat weapon.

Heh…  While those might be my personal favorite, I find that it’s pretty hard to salvage any meat once the deer has been vaporized.  Just saying…

On the lighter side, I prefer something just a bit bigger:

Missouri

But there’s times I prefer to get a bit closer, with something like this:

And for those who think that’s just me being a bit macho, consider this:

That’s right — even a girl can handle one of those things.

Enough levity…

One person asked:

Our guess is, “probably not.”  At least not in real life.
