Sheila Jackson Lee Introduces Measure To Criminalize Criticism Of Non-White People, ‘Conspiracy To Commit White Supremacy’

On Monday, news broke that Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Tex., a.k.a., a Democrat once dubbed a “Congressional Boss From Hell,” introduced a measure in the House to criminalize what she called “conspiracy to commit white supremacy,” which apparently includes criticism of non-white people, Breitbart and others reported.

According to Breitbart:

The legislation, H.R.61 “Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023,” introduced last Monday by Democratic congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas, seeks to “prevent and prosecute white supremacy inspired hate crime and conspiracy to commit white supremacy inspired hate crime.”

The congressional bill, which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, states that someone engages in a white supremacy inspired hate crime “when white supremacy ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance of activity that, if effectuated, would have constituted a crime.”

Accordingly, “conspiracy” to engage in white supremacy inspired hate crime entails the publishing of material “advancing white supremacy, white supremacist ideology, antagonism based on ‘replacement theory’, or hate speech that vilifies or is otherwise directed against any non-White person or group.”

Translation: Anything liberals claim is “white supremacy” can be seen as “criminal” if this bill gets passed into law.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

If that’s the case, here’s just a few of the things unhinged liberals have claimed is “white supremacy”:

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  You can see our full coverage of the topic here.  Unhinged liberals have even claimed that 2+2=4 is “white supremacy.”  Seriously.

PETA has even stated that cow’s milk is white supremacy.

So, apparently anyone who drinks milk, then exercises, then performs in a timely manner is a white supremacist that Jackson Lee wants to toss into prison.

And Heaven help you if you participate in yoga…  Of course, fake news CNN declared that ANYONE who voted for Trump is a white supremacist.

The ACLU jumped on the bandwagon, claiming in 2017 that a picture of a toddler with a U.S. flag is… wait for it… white supremacy.

And one doesn’t even have to be actually “white” to be a “white supremacist,” as we reported here.

Jackson Lee got excoriated on social media for this piece of racist garbage, and rightly so:

The only problem with this is that liberals don’t operate on logic.

And it turns out this isn’t the first time she introduced this:

Of course, this could be a ploy to trap Republicans so Marxist Orwellian Democrats can have an issue in the next election:

Yes, it is, but subversive Democrats don’t care.

Let’s be clear.  This isn’t about “white supremacy” or dealing with alleged “hate.”  It’s about power, control, and the effort to turn a once-free nation into something that more resembles the former Soviet Union, or worse — George Orwell’s “Oceania.”

The text of her proposal can be seen here.
