Shania Twain caves to liberal hatemongers, apologizes for saying she would have voted for Trump

In an interview published in the Guardian, Canadian Shania Twain committed the doubleplus ungood thoughtcrime of saying that she would have voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 election.  Naturally, this triggered the insane left, prompting her to issue an apology.

“I would have voted for him because, even though he was offensive, he seemed honest. Do you want straight or polite? Not that you shouldn’t be able to have both. If I were voting, I just don’t want bullshit. I would have voted for a feeling that it was transparent. And politics has a reputation of not being that, right?” she told the Guardian.

Twitchy posted just some of the hate issued by the perpetually-outraged left:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Twain issued an apology:

This, of course, didn’t sit too well, either.

The lesson here is that one never apologizes for holding an opinion and one certainly never apologizes to liberals.

“Do not submit to Left-wing extremists for any reason or their threats will only get more radical and dangerous,” media analyst Mark Dice said.

He also referred to liberals as “dangerous lunatics:”

Liberalism, as I’ve repeatedly said since February 2011, is an ideology of insane, bloodthirsty rage and hate.  Sadly, liberals prove that assertion correct on just about any given day.
