Shades Of Hitler: ABC News Political Editor Advocates ‘Cleansing’ America Of Trump Supporters

In a tweet that has since become “unavailable,” ABC News political director Rick Klein called for “cleansing” America of the movement to “Make America Great Again” begun by President Donald Trump, the Washington Examiner and others reported.

Of course, the only way to really do that would be to eliminate everyone who supports the president. And we all know what THAT means…

“Trump will be an ex-president in 13 days. The fact is that getting rid of Trump is the easy part. Cleansing the movement he commands is going to be something else,” he said on Twitter Thursday, linking to an article he wrote that expressed the same desire:

Cleansing the movement he commands, or getting rid of what he represents to so many Americans, is going to be something else.

Back in June, President Donald Trump tweeted that he wanted anyone who “vandalizes or destroys any monument, statue or other such Federal property” to face punishment up to “10 years in prison.”

Of course, then he was threatening those in the streets protesting police violence and racial inequities with whom he disagreed.

Writing at Breitbart, John Nolte observed Klein’s blatant hypocrisy:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Yes

While Klein accuses the Trump supporters he wants to see “cleansed” of being driven by conspiracy theories, nowhere does he mention that the left-wing terrorists in Antifa and Black Lives Matter are driven by conspiracy theories involving “systemic racism,” a ton of hate crime hoaxes, and the shooting deaths of Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin.

This was the most revealing part of Klein’s misinformation, “This wasn’t just any federal property, this was the Capitol — the most famous and important symbol of democracy in the world.”

Apparently, Klein is more concerned with a federal building as opposed to the countless small businesses that have been destroyed all across the country by left-wing terrorists, who are still engaged in a campaign of hate and violence that has been going on for almost a year now.

The U.S. Capitol will recover. Many of these small business owners never will.

The Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard said Klein’s article drew comments that it “sounded too much like Hitler.”

Indeed.

Hitler, for those who may have forgotten their history, wanted to rid the world of an entire race of people. Now we have Klein, and others, who seem to want to rid the world of anyone who has an opposing political point of view, or, heaven forbid, voted for a certain political candidate.

Hitler, as you may recall, managed to eradicate some six million Jews. We have to wonder: Does Klein and those who think like him want to eradicate some 75 million Americans because they had the audacity to vote for Donald Trump? It sure sounds like it to us.

In June 2019, I opined that Democrats, along with their willing allies in Silicon Valley and the lying liberal media, were deliberately pushing America to the brink of a second bloody civil war.

Articles and tweets like Klein’s would seem to prove my thesis correct.

As Nolte and others have noted, there was absolutely no excuse for what happened in Washington, D.C., earlier this week. There also seems to be some indication that far-left members of Antifa may have infiltrated what would have been a peaceful protest in an effort to foment violence.

Now, Nolte says, “Klein is deliberately using the provocative word ‘cleansing’ in an obvious effort to make things worse.” And he’s correct.

Klein, by the way, certainly isn’t the first to engage in this type of eliminationist rhetoric, as I’ve noted here, here, here and elsewhere. In fact, the radical left, which includes much of the media, has engaged in a public orgy of sorts, practically masturbating to the fantasy of Trump supporters murdered in the streets of America.

And let’s never forget that Klein, like most of what I call the Democrat-media complex, has, as Nolte mentioned, spent “…a decade condoning and rewarding political violence…” Almost ALL of said violence having come from the left.

“Will there be justice now?” Klein asked. We can’t help but wonder: Where was he when leftists engaged in political violence over the last four years? Does he not want “justice” for that? Or does he now want to open concentration and death camps for Trump supporters?
