Which Senator and President Segregated the White House?

The leftists, anarchist terrorists ANTIFA, and other Democrats who continue to blame Republicans for everything tends to forget who the real perpetrators were that divided and segregated the White House, namely a former Democratic Senator and President.

Those Democrats who want to bury history are those related to their own party.

Gary DeMar:

Leftists define anyone who does not agree with them as racist, fascist, KKKers, and with newly garnished epithets like homophobic and transphobic. You always know when Leftists are losing a debate. They play the race card. When they can’t get traction with the facts, they pull the race card or whatever card they need to poison the well.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Some facts that Democrats want to bury are those related to their own party. I won’t even take the time to rehearse all the racist and evil comments and terroristic threats that have been leveled against Pres. Trump from the tolerant Left. There are too many and easily found on less-than-tolerant and diverse Google.

Leftists have their own version of the Jedi mind trick. “Forget our history. You will not remember the Democrat Party’s racist past.”

Do you remember when ex-KKK member and late Democrat Senator from West Virginia Robert C. Byrd (1917–2010) casually used the phrase “white ni**er” twice on a FOX news show hosted by Tony Snow?

Byrd was only mildly rebuked for his indiscretion. Even prominent black leaders remained silent. No sensitivity training or calls for his resignation ever appeared. Byrd was not just a member of the KKK, he was a “Kleagle” — an official recruiter who signed up members for $10 a head. None of these “youthful indiscretions” kept him from positions of prominence in the Senate. Why? Because Byrd was a big-spending liberal.

Byrd claimed that he left the Klan in 1943, but a letter he had written to the Imperial Wizard three years later surfaced in which he stated: “The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia” and “in every state in the Union.” All the usual liberal suspects showed up to oppose the Republican nomination of Charles Pickering, but they were strangely silent when jaw-dropping words like “white nigger” were bandied about and former associations with the KKK are revealed as long as the guy’s a liberal Democrat. If a Republican had said anything near as offensive, he would have been put out to pasture with Jimmy the Greek before the sun set that day.

At Byrd’s funeral, former President Bill Clinton said the following in defense of the senator’s past as a KKK Kleagle:

“He was a country boy from the hills and hollows of West Virginia. He was trying to get elected.”

Byrd used his Klan affiliation to get for votes to grow the Democrat Party! In attempting to “humanize” the former Klansman, Clinton said that Byrd’s KKK past “makes him more interesting.”

Clinton went on to say that Byrd spent the rest of his life doing good things, and it was these good things that erased Byrd’s past KKK affiliation. But this only true if you’re a Democrat. For a Republican, no amount of contrition or time can erase a past indiscretion.

You can’t drive through West Virginia without seeing places named after Robert Byrd. “More than 50 buildings built with funds from US taxpayers directed to West Virginia are named for either Byrd or his wife, Erma Ora Byrd.” Here’s a list. Time to expunge the name of the former Klansman from every edifice.

Let’s consider Democrat President Woodrow Wilson. The film The Birth of a Nation chronicles the fall of the South as a result of the Civil War (1861–1865) and the re-institution of white political power over the interracial state governments that were put in place during the era of Reconstruction.

The film originally premiered under the title The Clansman in January 1915 in California. Three months later it was released as The Birth of a Nation when it premiered in New York. The name change was designed to give the film broader appeal. The film was based on Thomas Dixon’s 1905 play The Clansman, the second volume in a trilogy of books dealing with racial issues.

The NAACP, founded just six years earlier in 1909, described it as “3 miles of filth” in the 47-page booklet “Fighting a Vicious Film: Protest Against The Birth of a Nation.”

Wilson had been a classmate of Dixon’s at Johns Hopkins University. Wilson’s History of the American People is quoted in the film. Birth of a Nation was the first film shown in the White House. Here’s a Wilson quotation taken from his book History of the American People that’s used in the silent film.

Which Senator and President Segregated the White House?

In a letter to Pres. Wilson, W.E.B. Dubois pointed “to the segregation in the Treasury and Post Office Departments. “Du Bois wrote Wilson of the ‘colored clerks [that] have been herded to themselves as though they were not human beings’ and of the one clerk ‘who could not actually be segregated on account of the nature of his work’ who, therefore, ‘had a cage built around him to separate him from his white companions of many years….” (Washington Post)

Because of Wilson’s blatant “legacy of past racism,” some people have called for removing “the name Woodrow Wilson from public buildings and bridges.” The following is from an interview with Dinesh D’Souza at Breitbart on his new book The Big Lie: Exposing the Nazi Roots of the American Left:

In pointing out the deep-rooted ties between the American left, Nazism, and racism, D’Souza said, “Woodrow Wilson is almost single-handedly responsible for the revival of the Ku Klux Klan,” pointing out that Republicans had all but shut the Klan down prior to Wilson’s political ascendance.

He continued, “For several years there was no Ku Klux Klan and then Woodrow Wilson in the early 20th century screened a pro-KKK movie in the White House and it instigated a Klan revival. The Klan even spread to states where it wasn’t there previously, states outside the South.”

“So, if anyone is going to be going on pulling down statues,” he added, “Woodrow Wilson is a pretty good candidate to have his statue pulled down.”

“Why hasn’t this been done and most likely won’t be done? “DeMar said. “Because Wilson was a Democrat and “Progressive.”
