Sarah Sanders shreds reporter: ‘You’re accusing the president of being complicit in a school shooting’

You gotta love White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.  Every day, she has to face some of the most arrogant, condescending and hostile creatures imaginable — specifically, reporters.  Or as we like to call them, “operatives” of the Democrat-media complex.

According to Fox News Insider:

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders blasted a reporter Wednesday, taking issue with his seeming accusation that President Trump is “complicit” in recent school shootings.

NBC News correspondent Peter Alexander asked Sanders what the Trump administration is doing to prevent school shootings.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Alexander argued that since the Las Vegas massacre in October, there have been several school shootings, including one in Benton, Ky, Tuesday.

Sanders said that any loss of life, especially at a school, is “incredibly sad,” and that “all Americans deserve to be safe… in their communities.”

“That’s not in dispute,” Alexander said in response, pressing her on what Trump is specifically doing.

“What is the policy the president is willing to pursue to help make sure these students are safe?” he continued, telling Sanders that Trump should address the nation and use the “bully pulpit.”

Sanders fired back, calling Alexander’s line of questioning, “outrageous.”

“Let me be very clear on this: the fact that you are basically accusing the president of being complicit in a school shooting is outrageous,” she said, emphasizing that he directed the ATF to review “firearm provisions” and tasked the Department of Justice with cracking down on “violent crime” overall.

Alexander, however, denied that he accused the president of anything.
