DHS Secretary Mayorkas issued a memo on October 27 that banned ANY immigration enforcement action in or near what he calls “protected areas.” Protected areas are so wide that it literally makes America a sanctuary nation. The purpose is to protect illegal immigrants from arrest and deportation. This will make certain that even more illegals arrive in the US.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Here’s why America has become a sanctuary nation – a sampling of the so-called protected areas from Mayorkas’ memo:
- A school, such as a pre-school, primary or secondary school, vocational or trade school,
or college or university. - A medical or mental healthcare facility, such as a hospital, doctor’s office, health clinic,
vaccination or testing site, urgent care center, site that serves pregnant individuals, or
community health center. - A place of worship or religious study, whether in a structure dedicated to activities of
faith (such as a church or religious school) or a temporary facility or location where
such activities are taking place. - A place where children gather, such as a playground, recreation center, childcare center,
before- or after-school care center, foster care facility, group home for children, or
school bus stop. - A social services establishment, such as a crisis center, domestic violence shelter,
victims services center, child advocacy center, supervised visitation center, family
justice center, community-based organization, facility that serves disabled persons,
homeless shelter, drug or alcohol counseling and treatment facility, or food bank or
pantry or other establishment distributing food or other essentials of life to people in
need. - A place where disaster or emergency response and relief is being provided, such as
along evacuation routes, where shelter or emergency supplies, food, or water are being
distributed, or registration for disaster-related assistance or family reunification is
underway. - A place where a funeral, graveside ceremony, rosary, wedding, or other religious or
civil ceremonies or observances occur. - A place where there is an ongoing parade, demonstration, or rally.
Mayorkas went on to say that “we should not take an enforcement action in or near a protected area.” Near? They were already ordered not to arrest illegals at a courthouse. Agents must request permission to conduct any enforcement action in or near a protected area and there are specific requirements for them such as national security, imminent risk of death, etc. Officers are prohibited from any form of surveillance in or near a protected area.
In sum, this convoluted policy further narrows the already limited opportunities for immigration enforcement by creating sanctuary areas throughout the country. Officers must walk on eggshells and criminal aliens get safe spaces.

None of those things helped a 5 year old little girl when she was crushed to death by a drunken illegal immigrant in Florida in October. She was killed by an illegal from Guatemala … and that incident wasn’t the only one just in Polk County alone. According to Sheriff Grady Judd, she was the second person within a week that was killed by an illegal alien. He ran because he had no papers or drivers license, leaving the little girl to die and the mother injured. But the Biden administration has continued to make America a sanctuary nation.
Biden is tying the hands of law enforcement to protect the massive numbers of illegal aliens from being detained and deported.
The invasion is real. And it’s coming from inside the White House.
