Report: Twitter Suspends Conservative Icon Candace Owens For Criticizing Dictatorial Gov. Gretchen Whitmer

On Saturday, the Gateway Pundit reported that Twitter fascists suspended conservative icon Candace Owens after she had the audacity to criticize Michigan’s dictatorial Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

“Apparently @GovWhitmer believes she is a duly elected dictator of a socialist country. The people of Michigan need to stand up to her. Open your businesses. Go to work. The police think she’s crazy too. They are not going to arrest 10,000,000 people for going to work,” she wrote in the tweet that triggered the liberal speech fascists at Twitter, one of the primary members of what I now call the Silicon Valley Axis of Evil.

According to the report, Owens told the Gateway Pundit:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Twitter has locked me out of my account but has decided to omit which of their policies I have violated. Apparently, encouraging citizens to go to work is a violation, but Alexandria Ocasión Cortez encouraging workers to boycott and protest is not.

I stand by my statement about Governor Whitmer acting as a dictator. Both the Sherriff Departments and the citizens, and the state legislature of Michigan are in agreement with me. I will not kowtow to a socialist world order that seeks to limit my constitutional freedom of speech.

Owens has over 2.2 million followers on the platform, Jim Hoft said.

Whitmer has come under intense fire for what has been described as her “Hitler-like” governance of the state during the coronavirus pandemic, going so far as to outlaw travel between homes.

Her actions sparked protests in Lansing, with some protesters carrying weapons.  Whitmer has extended her order until May 28.

According to the Guardian:

The house speaker, Lee Chatfield, of Levering, said the death toll was “terrible”, but other lives had been “negatively impacted unnecessarily because of how we have handled this pandemic. We believe we you can prioritize public health yet be reasonable in your approach to fighting Covid.”

“We can no longer allow one person to make decisions for 10 million people,” said the Senate majority leader, Mike Shirkey, of Clarklake.

Democrats opposed the legislation as an unconstitutional “political stunt”.

“We must ensure that our state can respond quickly and decisively to a situation that changes day by day,” said the representative Tyrone Carter, a Detroit Democrat who recovered from Covid-19. “That means ensuring that our governor has the emergency powers necessary to lead us in this fight.”

And now, if you criticize a wannabe dictator like Whitmer, you can find yourself getting slapped by Big Tech.  Welcome to the new Soviet Socialist States of America…
