Professor of Smut Must Pay Two Pro-Life Teens She Assaulted

smut profThe University of California Santa Barbara and a professor ,, who specializes in queer theory, black film, prostitution studies and pornography, have agreed to pay two sisters who were attacked by Miller-Young.  The amount of the settlement cannot be revealed but the two girls say they are very happy with the amount they received.

The initial encounter occurred in 2014.  Thrin and Joan Short had put up a pro-life display and the abortion-minded professor took offense to these two young girls who refused to kowtow to her blood lust against innocent babies.  She demonstrated against them, hurled insults, then attacked one of the girls, stealing her sign before walking off.

When the police arrived, they questioned Miller-Young who told the police she had a moral right to attack the girl and steal her material because a display celebrating life was offensive to her.  (But smut is fine?  Her dissertation was on black women in the porn industry)  Evidently the judge didn’t see it that way and Miller-Young was forced to plead guilty to assault charges and was given 108 hours of community service, 10 hours of anger management and was placed on probation for three years.

The university and several co-respondents agreed to pay a cash settlement but did not apologize to the girls who were assaulted.  The girls mother, Katie Short, was not happy that her girls did not receive an apology:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“By not apologizing, the University demonstrates that it has no problem, in principle, with a professor who commits crimes like this on campus, as long as it’s done for the ‘right’ reason.”

It is not known if professors were given guidelines to follow if this should happen in the future but I do know that before the sisters filed their lawsuit, a vice chancellor emailed students warning them that the First Amendment would not be tolerated on campus and that they should not put up posters that could offend someone.  (Is there any poster in the world that wouldn’t offend some liberal somewhere?)
