The Biden administration’s continual attempts to vilify Christians and anyone who stands for life fell flat on Monday, when a jury acquitted Mark Houck of all counts of violations of the FACE Act (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act). Houck is a pro-life advocate and author who did nothing but shove an abortion ‘escort’ who was harassing his 12-year-old son in front of a clinic. Common sense prevailed.
Back in September last year, Mark and his family were subjected to an FBI raid complete with armed agents and terrorized children as a result. He was arrested in front of his family and charged with violating the FACE Act. In spite of the fact that such escorts are specifically exempted from bringing charges against someone who pushes them under the Act. Houck was represented by the Thomas More Society.

The Biden DOJ raided the home of Mark Houck, a pro-life activist, author, founder of “The King’s Men,” and father of 7, arresting him in front of his family. They did it with SWAT – 25-30 heavily armed federal agents and a lot of yelling, which frightened his 7 children and wife. Was there any reason for such theatrics? No. But then, that is the go-to tactic of the Feds who seem to think every Conservative is a dangerous terrorist. (National Review)
The weaponized Federal agents are using SWAT for terrorizing ordinary people, and they seem to like it. Mark Houck is no threat to anyone. He is an author and speaker who talks to men about personal growth in the Catholic faith. He drove two hours on Wednesdays to Philadelphia, where he counseled women who were planning to have an abortion. In October of 2021, a Planned Parenthood worker got in Mark’s child’s face and began yelling obscenities. Houck pushed him away from his son.
The man attempted to sue Houck, but the case was thrown out of court. He was never charged with any violation. Until Saturday, when 25-30 heavily armed FBI agents pointed guns at his freaked out children as they raided his home and arrested him. He faces 11 years in prison and a fine of $350,000. CFL
The jury in his trial found that Mark Houck committed no crime in protecting his son from harassment. He won and that give a pro-life advocate hope for all the evil that is being perpetrated in America.

Certainly, there will be more attempts to intimidate Christians, Catholics, and anyone who professes a pro-life stance. The pro-abortion crowd loves to intimidate all who dare to have a belief that smacks against the secular murder mill. But this is just the beginning of their comeuppance. The day of reckoning in the Heavenly courts is where the reality of their abortions will come home to roost.
