Penn. Gov. Tom Wolff Suggests People Posting Photos of Their Guns on Social Media will be Targeted for Confiscation
Pennsylvania’s left-wing Governor Tom Wolff recently shared an infographic that hinted that people who post about their guns on social media will be targeted for confiscation as “public threats.”
The rabidly anti-gun gov. insisted that people who post “cryptic messages” about their firearms are clearly a danger and must be targeted by police with “red flag” laws that allow officials to invade a citizen’s home and violate his Second Amendment rights even if they’ve broken no laws.
“Red flag laws allow us to take action when someone who has a gun begins to act erratically,” Governor Wolf said in his tweet. As Cindy Harper of Reclaim the Net noted, “In the social media age, this could include in online posts.”
“Red flag laws still require due process, and any removal of weapons is temporary,” Governor Wolf falsely claimed.

The problem is, once government has decided you are guilty, they will spend untold amounts of money to “convict” you in court, and you — the citizen — will scarcely be able to afford to defend yourself.
Red Flag laws don’t really get reversed. Once you are in the system as a threat, your rights are over.
