OSHA May Add Small Businesses to Biden’s Vaccine and Testing Mandate

OSHA may add businesses of less than 100 employees to the Biden’s vaccine and testing mandate. Americans have already lost millions of jobs due to the mandates from Military to Healthcare workers. Now OSHA is looking into the possibility of destroying even more – by hitting the small business owners of America. (Fox Business) Are we at unconstitutional YET?

The OSHA mandate for businesses over 100 employees goes into effect on January 4, 2022. They are seeking comment on the possibility of issuing a mandate for smaller businesses. They have a place on the  Federal Register for you to provide a comment. Please keep your comments rational.

OSHA is confident that employers with 100 or more employees have the administrative capacity to implement the standard’s requirements promptly, but is less confident that smaller employers can do so without undue disruption,” the summary says. “OSHA needs additional time to assess the capacity of smaller employers, and is seeking comment to help the agency make that determination.”

Here is an example of a response from yours truly:

Small businesses are extremely dependent on income to survive. Placing this mandate on them will severely limit employees at a time when just trying to find ANY employees to work is difficult. A mandate on these businesses will destroy them.

Me on the OSHA response page

If Mom and Pop stores and restaurants are required to force a vaccine mandate on their handful of employees, they won’t have any employees left. Over the years I’ve known several small business owners – they are struggling right now to find people to work. Add another layer of Federal intervention to that and they will be out of business. Frankly, I don’t wish to eat at McDonalds the rest of my life.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Small businesses are built on the good will and relationships of their communities. Though there are often tourists who patronize those businesses, their business comes primarily from the locals. In our small city, there are businesses with 5 or 6 employees, and those are in short supply. There are signs all over the city that say “now hiring.” Businesses have upped the minimum wage level so high that they will be unable to hire too many of the ones who show up for interview. IF anyone shows up for interview.

Franchises are also in jeopardy – even if the minimum wage is around $15-$19, workers are hard to find. If you have a franchise for a fast food company, and you have only 4 or 5 employees due to a shortage, forcing them to be vaccinated, especially the young teens, risks losing them as well.

Force, pressure, intimidation, propaganda, demands…we are living under the rule of an administration that thinks nothing of controlling the populace just like a dictatorship. All in the name of a disease. How long before we’re all considered unvaccinated even when we are?
