In a civil and just society, the power to prosecute is a tool of justice. In the hands of the corrupt, it’s a weapon of political power.
How do we put that genie back in the bottle once the stopper comes out? Great question. But at least ONE remedy is to make a public example of anyone caught abusing such corrupt power for political advantage.
With evidence of prosecutorial malfeasance growing in the cases against Trump — including evidence that leads right back to involvement of the White House itself — one of Biden’s biggest headaches is at it again.
Missouri’s AG hasn’t been shy about using the courts as a way to curb the Biden White House from abusing its power. This time, instead of targeting their free speech abuses, they’re going after the DOJ itself over the Trump cases, which have every appearance of being little more than an elaborate attempt of election interference.

This comes at about the same time that the judge in the Florida Documents case has ordered that sealed information in the Mar-A-Lago investigation, including how the Federal government was able to negate Trump’s attorney-client privilege and compel his lawyer to testify against his own client, has been ordered unsealed.

With every passing day we see yet another example of something weird going on with these cases against Trump.
Questions about whether some washed-up porn star can hear dead people may be getting all the attention, but, despite all the creepy salacious details, it’s probably the least interesting of the cases being brought against him.
Even the left realizes it’s the flimsiest of charges. But since it’s the only one they’ve got a shot of seeing through to a verdict before November, all of their hopes are literally riding on this case.
And that’s exactly why we want someone like AG Andrew Bailey. He’s got the stones to go after powerful people abusing their authority at the expense of the out-of-power political rivals.
