Opinion: FBI and DOJ are Enemy Combatants

Sound thinking Americans must finally admit the truth. The rule of law only applies to defend government dominance and protect chosen establishment elites. By any reasonable standard of conduct the FBI and DOJ has proven that both organizations and cultures are corrupt to their core. Both Democrats and Republicans perpetuate the same perversion under the false claim that they are upholding the law. The courts no matter what jurisdiction operate as gatekeepers for the careerists “public servants”, their corporatist masters, the war party internationalists and the banksters who control money and finance. No matter how one defines social justice or patriotic constitutionalism, the end result demonstrates that the subversion of any legal restraint or accountability is the operating principle.

With the release of the OIG report by Michael Horowitz, A Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election, the spin machine runs on high gear to define a public perception that the FBI and DOJ are basically reliable, even if mistakes were made or a few bad apples defied stated policies.

Let the pundits fight over the particulars and interject their own prejudice, especially since Horowitz could not find any such bias within the FBI; but who is so dense to buy this ridiculous conclusion. At what point will society rebel and refuse to grant any consent to a system of illicit subterfuge and their hoax claims with not even a teardrop of legitimacy?

The Department of Justice has sunk to the depths of the Seventh Level of Hell in Dante’s Inferno. These tyrants and the war-mongers lament their pitiless mischiefs in the river Phlegethon. Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch and Jeff Sessions are serial criminals or totally out of their depth for applying constitutional law to a politicized enforcement extortion racket.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Jeff Sessions: ‘Real Proud’ of FBI Director Wray’s Testimony on DOJ IG Report

“Wray said the report only addresses a specific set of facts and the actions of a handful of officials. He says “nothing” in the report “impugns” the integrity of the FBI workforce as a whole.

“While the Inspector General didn’t find any evidence of political bias or improper consideration impacting the investigation under review, all of us at the FBI take this report seriously, and we accept its findings and recommendations, Wray said.”

The courts codify the illegal practices of the FBI and DOJ as routine course for their wrongdoing. In an honest juridical process, government gangsters must be held accountable for their own criminality. Sadly, between the expansionist scope and reach that court rulings effect or the blackmail used to extract voting results that consolidate the imperious underpinnings of domineering and coercive power has destroyed the validity of the political order.

Another injustice in this unholy alliance between the courts and the impenetrable prosecutors is the cancelation of bail and incarnation of Paul Manafort. It seems that liberal Alan Dershowitz Slams Jailing of Paul Manafort is one of the very few civil libertarians that show indignation to the rubber stamping of Robert Mueller’s offensive strong arm tactics approved by U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson.

“I have been arguing for the 50 years of my career that we should not be denying bail to poor people, rich people or anyone in between, before they’ve been convicted of any crime. These are presumed innocent people.”

So where is the outrage from all those purported civil libertarians?

The power elite establishment is at war with the populace. The Libtards illusion is that a more intrusive government incurs progress. The NeoCons lust for a bigger and invasive empire. Most non-political and apathetic Americans lack the moral fiber to engage in the battle for the heart and soul of the country. And all the time the bureaucratic Deep State closes ranks that shield their Shadow Government.

How can an entire fraternity of deceitful and lying government advocates be trusted to hold their fellow travelers accountable for their intentional deeds to eliminate any opposition to the unbridled excesses of the central authority? Where is the prosecutorial buzzsaw that is all too often used against dissenting citizens that get in the way of government domestic hegemony?

When the prosecutor becomes the tyrant, the regime loses all legitimate authority. The extent of the despotism that resides in the FBI and DOJ is undeniable. By stonewalling Congress and refusing to turn over un-redacted documents for a lawful oversight review is proof that both agencies need to undergo a complete management reorganization, which abolishes the failed renegade culture.

Steve Baldwin writes in The American Spectator Abuses from the likes of Comey and Mueller are just the tip of the iceberg. We need to be reminded why the founders opposed having any sort of national police force.

Conservatives Should Quit Defending the FBI

“The FBI has a long history of being used by various administrations to harass certain groups and individuals, or, conversely, to allow certain groups and individuals to commit crimes without fear of prosecution. The FBI is supposed to uphold the Constitution but instead has repeatedly violated the constitutional rights of Americans. This politicization has cost many Americans their lives and their freedoms.”

Thomas Knapp argues in Counterpoint, Bye, Bye, FBI? The Case for Disbanding the Federal Frankenstein’s Monster.

“One big problem with a federal law enforcement agency as big and well-funded as the FBI is that at some points it’s almost certain to stop working for the rest of the government and start running the rest of the government. Election? Who needs an election? Just ask J. Edgar what to do.

Unfortunately, the second big problem with such an agency is that it’s hard to get rid of after more than a century of nearly uncontested power.”

Both of these accounts recognize the profound danger of entrusting a domestic SWAT team to a national police force. Add on a corrupt DOJ law enforcement prosecution structure and you end up living in a repressive gulag.
