OCASIO-COVID: AOC Gets ‘Rona After Mask-Less Miami Party

Actions have consequences.

There are times that politics can be a cruel game, where our public servants appear to be above the law and above the court of public opinion…and even above the spite of Lady Luck herself.  This week does not appear to be such a week.

No, this week, a brazen act of hypocrisy has turned into a teachable moment for America’s most precocious progressive.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., has tested positive for the coronavirus, according to a statement from her office on Sunday night.

According to a statement, the Congresswoman is recovering from the virus at home and is experiencing symptoms. Rep. Ocasio-Cortez received her booster shot in the fall, according to the statement.

The diagnosis comes after some questionable behavior by the young Democrat.

The positive coronavirus test comes shortly after the congresswoman was seen without a mask in a Miami bar, according to video that circulated on social media.

After being called out for her mask-less partying, AOC attempted to deflect the issue by insisting that her critics were merely upset that they couldn’t “date” her…a response that saw the young Congresswoman reamed again by the press and her colleagues.
