Obama’s Education Department Orders Coed Showers in High School

obama-call-me-maybeObama’s feds have ordered a school in the suburbs of Chicago to allow a transgender to use the girl’s restroom and even shower with them.  I understand that after the order, Obama celebrated because he always wanted to shower with the opposite sex too and spent the entire night in the Oval Office singing “YMCA” by the Village People.  To back up his order, he is threatening to cut funds off from the school if they refuse.

According to the order, Township High School District 211 in Palatine, Ill. will have to make the girl’s bathroom available for boys who dress up like girls.  In unrelated news, Walmart has reported higher earnings on the strength of their dress sales.  Trojan announced a 2 for 1 stock split.

The Department of Education (DOE) has just completed a two-year investigation using the “preponderance of evidence” standard, which means it only has to determine that the move is merited by 51% and even that is subjective.  The DOE has given the school just one month to enact the new standard.  Obama is using an obscure and deficient rule from Title IX that disallows discrimination because of sexual orientation.  Of course, Title IX never intended any such perversion of the law.  Ever notice that everything God sees as evil, liberals are for?

The transgender is being represented by the ACLU, who really have more experience old gay males who prey on young boys (NAMBLA) but as they say, a perversion is a perversion.  The ACLU stated:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“It’s one thing to say to all the girls, ‘You can choose if you want some extra privacy,’ but it’s another thing to say, ‘You, and you alone, must use them.’ That sends a pretty strong signal to her that she’s not accepted and the district does not see her as girl.”

I guess your daughter’s private parts are now a public resource?

Obama’s Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights added:

“Student A has not only received an unequal opportunity to benefit from the District’s educational program, but has also experienced an ongoing sense of isolation and ostracism throughout her high school enrollment at the school.”

Welcome to fundamental transformation.
